This unit focused on how to introduce new vocabulary and new grammatical structures to students, in particular showcasing how to do so in the confines of the previously discussed ESA lesson structure. I found the text's connecting ESA to teaching vocabulary and grammatical structures very useful; I could see how what I'd learned in the abstract fit into more concrete scenarios.In this unit I've further confirmed my beliefs of what I had always believed to be a good teacher. What I have learnt from this unit as an individual venturing for the first time into the teaching profession is that classification of different learners in terms of language level and age group and how to possibly cater to them and motivate them to learn in the best possible way.
