In this unit I have learned more aspects of the complicated topic of the pronunciation and the phonology. Many learners have a hard time polishing their pronunciation, that is why us as teachers should set the students on the right track by taking pronunciation into consideration.
In phonology we need to cover the areas of the stress, the intonation and the rhythm of the sound as a whole, because it is not all about the individual sounds but their connection with the aforementioned areas.
I have reviewed how we articulate and which are the speech organs. Finally I
have learned which constitute all the manners of the articulation and I have analyzed carefully the English phonetic alphabet.
