Woah! I was waiting for this lesson so much good stuff. Wish there was a second unit of this stuff were we went more in-depth about situations in which all this stuff will be useful. In my teaching I have found visuals and moth images important for probcuation (“put your tounge here!”). Also knowing all the manner and articlauktions of speech is super important , even for me with learning Japanese (? vs ? is voiced and unvoiced). I’ll have to study the phonemic table more and really grind in the manner and articulation (less so for teachingand more so for my own English ability and for poetry stuff). Note to self to go back and make notes for this chapter.
