In this unit, I learnt the main qualities that a good teacher or a good teacher should have. For teachers, we have multiple roles in front of the students. We should focus more on our students instead of the teaching process or the knowledge. For students, they should be eager to learn and willing to answer questions or give their opinions. Students can be divided into different groups. Every group has its characteristics. For young learners, especially aged from 2 to 7, they have short attention span, so teachers should make the class more varied and interesting. For example, we can have some games, or song singing, etc.
