I have learnt that a good teacher cares about his/her teaching but more importantly cares about the learning of the students while playing different roles during the teaching process such as a controller, an organizer, an assessor e.t.c and balancing these roles effectively. I also learnt about the characteristics of a good learner and the factors that influence effective learning such as age, motivation and cultural background.
In addition, I learnt about the six language levels and how it affect the teacher and the learners.
In conclusion, I learnt that a motivated and caring teacher would have successful students who would be totally willing to learn.
