The objectives of teacher-student interactions ultimately revolve around instilling confidence in the pupils. I used to think academia was an artificial environment, but it is here you gain real-life experience immediately on how to deal with people in the real world, and win over people who may not initially like you, but will need to work on changing themselves and learn to work with you.
