This unit talks about intonation and stress, which can add a tone into our speaking. Phonemic alphabet is also discussed, so I can have an overall knowledge of it. But I think the most important in the unit is actually how the sounds pronounce. I mean we divide the phonemes according to their place of articulation and manner of articulation.
I've learnt about all the terms that we may use when talking about articulation and also maybe in the future I can even draw a diagram of mouth showing how a particular sound is made.
Also, I used the articulation methods to check my own pronunciations. It was very helpful.
