In this unit, I have learnt how to manage the class and the different methods of classroom arrangements, grouping students, establish rapport and discipline students. Establish a good rapport with students will benefits both parties as we trust each other and besides, students are more willing to share their difficulties and they will also treat us teacher as friends therefore, they are more willing to open up to talk about their lifes.
On the other hand, I have also learnt that discipline in the class is very important as this will shows how capable a teacher could content the class and students will also respect the teacher as an individual. Being fierce or scolding a students is not a right way to teach as students will show dissatisfaction towards the teacher and they are more likely to avoid going to classes.
Grouping students are important as they can learn how to work as a team and to also learn from each other. The stronger students can teach the weaker students during grouping session. It will be a more interactive activity and fun.Most importantly that students enjoy while learning!
