This unit was not the most interesting, I have to admit. And I don't really feel like I have learnt anything from it, however it never hurts to review the basics.
There are 3 main tenses - past, present and future, and each category has four subcategories - simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous, which makes it 12 tenses altogether. This unit was focused on present tenses.
What I find useful about this review is all the examples that were given in each and every category. Teachers very often find themselves in the unpleasant situation of knowing which tense to use, but not being able to come up with any example to support their claim.
