This unit gave me an opportunity to reflect on the various roles of a teacher in a classroom. These are important things to be aware of, because at times, different methods might be required to enable learning. As every student is unlike others, the unit also provides some insight into learners' characteristics, differences, motivations. To successfully create a positive learning atmosphere, a teacher needs to take them into an account. This knowledge ensures better classroom management and answers the needs of his/her learners in the most efficient way.
