classroom management is the control or organizing and managing the class, for students in the class to learn effectively, the teacher must inspire them in order to be carried along with the lectures . in this lesson, we were thought how to use the eyes contact, gesture and the voice, the eyes contact helps the teacher to establish good rapport with the students, why its so important and useful, is to know if the students are participating and flowing along with the teacher. the voice is also important in this lesson , because a teacher with a low tone will have difficulty in interacting with the class, the greater the variation of the voice, the greater the the effectiveness. the classroom is also important in order to be seen well , the students must be arranged according to their heights, it allows the teacher to have a clear view of the class, also the students can see the teacher and the board clearly. Class management; this include giving the students attention, teacher talking time and student talking time, giving instructions to the students, establishing good rapport and maintaining discipline.
