Any teacher encounters some common problem situations at his or her lessons. One of the main problems if you have the first lessons is to establish good rapport with new students. That's why it's better to avoid activities from the course books at the first lessons. You should find out more about your students and their needs, let them know more about their teacher to get comfortable, start classes with warmer activities to involve students in a process.
