What can be understood from this unit, when discussing tenses seems to be that generally the present simple and present continuous seem to be the most commonly used. It is interesting to note as a future teacher that future perfect tense can be easily confused with future perfect continuous. A common error in those studying English as a second language. I believe that successful teaching points to practice these common mistakes would be beneficial in role-playing and other techniques as they can be used and relate to phrases we would use in our daily lives.
