The two demonstration videos are rather different in terms of both teacher and student behaviors. In the first video, the teacher demonstrates a negative attitude towards the students. When he is attempting to play a game, for example, and the envelopes drop the teacher decides that he is not going to continue playing. There are bound to be accidents and setbacks in the classroom and the teacher should lead the rest of the class in overcoming these setbacks- rather than just quitting. In the second one, he is much more patient with the students and engages them in a more efficient way. He speaks more clearly and slowly and the students can obviously understand him better. He is also less critical, encouraging the students to participate more freely.
