I find this lesson very useful, I think it covers all the uncomfortable situations a teacher can face in class. I consider that teaching English to an ESL class is something quite hard; you need to teach students from different nationalities a common language without using their mother tongue, THat is so hard! I think that ESL teachers should have strong classroom management skills and know how to behave/react at almost all possible situations they could have in the class.
