In Unit 19, I have learnt how to teach different types of classes, such as beginners, children, individual students, business people, the monolingual and the multilingual class. We should teach them according to their characteristics. For example, when teaching children, we should give clear demonstrations, and prepare frequent changes of activities to stimulate their curiosity. When teaching beginners, we should be as visual as possible, give clear, simple instructions, revise constantly, and praise/encourage frequently. Whatever types of classes, we could use ESA to prepare the lessons.
