I would like to mention several things that I have learnt from this unit: 1) Class arrangements mostly depend on the physical size of the class, however it won't hurt to experiment with different types of seatings to find out what type would fit this particular group of students most of all. 2) The teacher needs to use his/her eyes, voice and gesture skilfully in order to sustain attention of the class. The presence of the teacher should not be a distraction or a scare factor. Ideally students should view their teacher as a patron/entertainer/quiz-show host kind of figure. 3) A problem behaviour can be avoided, if the teacher will respect the students and allow them to express themselves and encourage creativity and active participation in the current class topics. This participation should be carefully moderated by the teacher with timely positive feedback and individual approach to each studend. 4) The grouping methods should be varied depending on a current class activity, so the teacher will be able to maximize students involvement and their talk time. 5) The teacher should not dominate the class all the time. During certain activities (like class reading or when some student is having a speech in front others) the teacher should remain seated to avoid bringing extra-pressure on the respondent.
