The video lessons,were interesting as we compared two different videos,the relationship between the teacher and the students which shall be discussed briefly.
First among other key points experienced in the both lessons was
Teacher's attitude..
The attitude of the teacher has a very great effect on the performance of the students
The depth of understanding of a lesson is dwelt mostly upon the atmosphere both the teacher and students are willing to contribute.
It's a team work, whatever method a teacher wishes to use is dependent on how you want the students to react towards it.
The video lesson one was boring, though Simon the teacher,looked serious but his engage method wasn't proper.
While on the second lesson,he started by introducing himself and smiling from time to time to create friendliness.
The other tips I picked was the use of his voice tone,he wasn't too forcy nor too fast,but he slowed down and spoke very clearly and at the end he was able to drive his points home.
