Unit number 9 deals with planning a lesson. It explains the importance of a written lesson plan (in whatever form, depending on the teacher), as well as an ability to improvise and be flexible if anything unexpected happens during a lesson. It stresses how crucial it is to have a good written lesson plan, to be organized and to monitor one’s own lessons. The unit provides a very useful and practical blank sheet for preparing one’s own lesson plan, as well as a few exercises a teacher can use during a lesson while teaching about the topics of “traveling” and “possibilities”. A very practical and informative unit indeed!
