I think this unit is hard but very important to me. Inspiring confidence in the students is really a hard work because most students can't speak English very well since they are not confident with themselves. Classroom management skills can support me to inspire students, however, I need to practice using them so that I can bear them in mind. Both teacher's behavior and talking influence students a lot. Teacher should pay attention to details and be well prepared. English knowledge is like food ingredient and classroom management skills are like cooking ways. If I want to cook a delicious dish, I need to have the skills and be knowledgeable.
