Speaking and writing present the productive skills. They may be developed during the performing of accuracy and fluency activities. The accuracy activities are aimed on producing correct language and a teacher monitors them. The fluency activities are more about using of a language. Speaking activities may be divided on controlled, guided activities and creative communication. Before the lesson a teacher should decide on the aims, try to predict student's attitude and possible problems prepare necessary materials, work on how long an activity will take. During the activity, the teacher should arouse the student's interest, do not interrupt them, encourage students to speak using different methods and approaches, and monitor the activity. After the activity, the teacher should give a feedback.
Any teacher should pay attention to the writing skills; they include handwriting, correct spelling, punctuation and layouts of writing.
