This unit taught about the present tenses. We have learned that there are three different tenses in English; the past, present and future. Each tenses has four aspects;simple,continuous,perfect and perfect continuous. As we think of this tenses and the aspects, it might be confusing. But it is explained well in this unit on how to differ each aspects and by showing as well the grammar points that we need to remember. This unit covers four areas. First,is the form of each tenses by showing affirmative,negative and question examples. Second, is the usage of the tense on which particular situation we must use it. Third, is by showing the typical student errors and how the teachers handle this situation in class. Lastly, is the activate stage teaching ideas which show some helpful activities to encourage the students to communicate and practice what they have learned in class.
