I learned that depending on the age of the students, their culture, their knowledge of English, and other factors, the roles and responsibility of the teacher and his/her teacher style will change. I learned what makes a good learner. I learned how age, culture and skill level can effect the classroom and lesson plan. I learned the different motivating factors that push people to learn a new language.
