Several common problems may appear during education process. One of them is the first lesson, this lesson is very important, because a teacher establish rapport with his/her students, find out their needs, interests, and language levels. The next issue is that a teacher must motivate students, create a warm atmosphere using different methods and approaches. A teacher must find out how to work with groups where students have different English level, using different materials, tasks, pair stronger students with weaker ones. A teacher must adapt to different class size, large classes create some problems with the sound, student's attention, etc., and a good teacher must consider it. The next problem is using of a native language; a teacher should motivate, help and encourage students to use English. A teacher should pay enough attention to all the students, some of them may be reluctant, and in this case, the teacher should use different tasks and approaches that allow a shy student to feel more comfortable. Moreover, the last problem is difficulties with listening texts, a teacher must not avoid using cassettes, and he/she should use it according to the class needs.
