By the video lesson in this unit is showed that how a teacher's attitude affects the students and effectiveness of lesson.
In the first video the teacher was not friendly,not smiling ,no proper engage activity was done and no context was given to the students to motivate them for the lesson. The planning of lesson was very confused that made the students disinterested. the concept was not clear to the students.
where as in second video the teacher made the student comfortable by asking them their names and making the classroom environment friendly , smiling, making positive gestures and involving himself in the activities.student paid more attention because they felt connected to the lesson and activities of the lesson.
This shows that proper planning , attitude of teacher, student-teacher and student- student interaction, plays a very important role in making a lesson plan successful and achieving the student learning goals.
