Books and materials are essential parts of teaching English. The use of authentic and created materials has been shown clearly and I am going to use them in my lesson plan as we need to replace some of the parts in the books which are not necessary for all of the students. I used to regard the books for all the solutions and depend on them more than enough. This unit has a great example of using different materials in order to offer more progression to the students. Omitting, replacing and adapting are the techniques that I can use to extend students' engagement in the lesson.
