One needs to consider flexibility, a teacher has to understand and make room for update, or unforseen change in plans, which can enhance the effectiveness of the lesson,
It is also important as a teacher to have balance , there should be harmony between your lesson plans and your skills which will also go a long way to ensure effectiveness of your lesson plan.
