This unit makes me understand who a teacher and who a learner is. It as well makes me know the characteristics of a good teacher and a good learner.A good taecher should be able to motivate learners, should be kind and patient, should know the weaknesses of leaners etc while a good student should be willing to listen, willing to ask questions should have desire to learn etc. These are qualities of a good learner and the teacher is responsible to encourage these attributes in the classroom. In order for the teacher to foster these attributes to the learner, he/she has as well a role to play that makes him/her a good teacher which are first and most importantly, he should a good organizer ie he/she should have the ability to bring up activities and organise to a close. Also he should be a participant, an assessor and a tutor etc. Conclusively, a good teacher should be able to identify the different levels of learners and build a quality relationship with them which is not complexed, he/she should as well be enthusiaste, sensitive, motivating and caring to be able to have a successful learner who will enjoy learning and attending classes.
