I have thoroughly enjoyed this course and I have recommended it to my friends. I want to talk to a tutor and make sure I have a firm grip on the different stages of a class. I do not feel confident about my knowledge of when to do what step. I also feel that too little time was spent on teaching individuals on Skype. That would be my main criticism. The course needs a chapter on teaching individuals.
