I have learnt in Unit 1 that being a good teacher is a way to have successful students.A good teacher is someone that is fair,knowledgeable with the subject that he/she is teaching and is able to motivate their students.As for the students,they must have the characteristics of a good learner.I think keeping the motivation has a big impact in studying a language, and so students must have a clear view on why they want to learn the language itself.Factors,like age,culture,language learning and motivation could have an effect to learners,so as a teacher we should know how to encourage the students at any phase of their learning.It is also important as a teacher to know the difference between the Young learners and the Adult learners base on their behavior,motivation and experience.To know the level of students from Beginner,Elementary,pre-Intermediate,Intermediate,Upper intermediate and Advance,a teacher must know the difference of each level to effectively assess the students and for the students to know their progress.
