I have learned a lot about Troubleshooting as well as some of the Common Problems that arise. When You are giving your very 1st Lesson to a Class it is good to know whether they are a New Group (Students that don't know each other & may not know much about EFL) or an Existing Group (Students know each other & are familiar with EFL). The 1st Lesson should be used to get to know the Students & start building Rapport which can be done by using Warmers & Activities (I'm sure the 1's you listed will be VERY USEFUL!).The other Information on How to Deal with Different Levels of Students, Large Classes, Using Native Language, Reluctant Students & Difficulties with Listening Texts will be VERY USEFUL!
