I have learned a lot about all the different types of classes starting with the 5 Beginner Categories which are: 1.Absolute, 2.False, 3.Adult, 4.Young & 5.No Knowledge of Roman Alphabet. Also the Methodology & Techniques, Possible Problems & Motivation of these groups.
The Information I need to Teach individual Students & Suitable 1 on 1 Activities for them as well as Homework & Checking.
GREAT Information on Teaching Children about Class work, Lessons, Do's & Don't's, Discipline & Management.
About when Teaching Monolingual or Multilingual try to stay away from the Students using their Mother tongue.
Business English or English for Specific Purpose (ESP): I have learned about the Clients & Their Needs, How to Plan for Their Course, What Materials to Use, Why a Needs Analysis is so Important as well as giving them a Mid-Course Evaluation.
And last but not least...there are the things that I need to consider before looking for a place to teach like what kind of a place is it & would I like & fit in there? What I bring to the table? What I do when I Arrive, During the time I'm there Teaching & What is expected of me once the Course is over? WOW another JAM PACKED Unit!!! THANK YOU!
