I have learned about teaching methodologies, mistake and feedback. There are many different teaching methodologies that can be used in the teaching periods, it depends on the level of knowledge, age and the culture of the students. Each teaching sessions should begin with engage, where the students are prompted to speak English. In the study stage, this is where the main topic of a subject is covered and learning takes place. The teaching should always end in the activate stage where the students demonstrate what they have learned and the teacher can see the students strengths and areas of weakness. I have learned that a mistake is when the student knows what to do but forget at that time, whereas an error happens when the student simple does not know. The learning experience should encourage the student rather than correcting them in a demotivating way.
