Evaluating students is important to both the students and the teachers. It is important in indicating to the teachers what level the students are on, what they have retained, what they know or don’t know and what needs work. Evaluations must be made regularly throughout the lessons in order fro the teacher and the students to know what needs work in every stage. Teachers must try to evaluate all receptive and productive skills instead of only evaluating writing.
