The comparative videos provide the viewer an opportunity to take notes of classroom do's and don'ts. For example, in the first video the new vocabulary of "necessary", "acceptable" and "possible" were impediments to the lesson. The teacher was pushing it on students without framing them in the context of the lesson's main focus: using "have to", "don't have to", "can" and "can't". Another example was how the teacher was petty in the first lesson, calling out students for lateness, but perfectly okay with if he's the one wasting other people's time with distractions.
