I learned the framework on how to teach a class of any degree of fluency and how to best suit the level of fluency. I learned that it is important to encourage self correction and peer correction with teacher correction being last; this helps the students to learn from their mistakes better rather than spoon feeding them answers. I also learned various games to keep the class interesting and how to engage students more. I learned how to address students and correct them without making them feel bad or humiliated.
