The last lesson provided me some essential points of effective classroom management. The very first lesson in a new or in an existing group should be started with ice-breaking activities to get to know each other better and to establish better rapport with a teacher. Definitely, to learn grammar from the very first lesson would be strange and may lead to lack of student's interest. Every lesson should cover essential skills such as listening, grammar, reading and conversation. Teaching large classes represent a big problem in classroom management and discipline, especially if it concerns young learners who are not very motivated to sit in one place and to follow teacher's materials . That is why, usage of as much visual materials as possible would be the best choice to attract attention of kids.
