This unit looked at some of the most common problem situations that teachers can encounter in the classroom and also suggested ways of how to deal with them. From going over what the fist couple of days with a class should be like, to talking about differences in a class like size and learning level. I found the reluctant students information most useful because I feel like this is the biggest issue when teaching another language because often students don't feel like this class is as important as others.
