With this unit I was able to clearly define and identify the future tenses and their usage. The difference between future simple and going to future form is still a bit fuzzy for me and I wish the unit had spent a bit more time explaining the nuanced differences between the two. Regardless, I’ve determined that future simple is used more for assumptions, whereas going to future is used for predictions based on present evidence. I loved the ideas for the activate stage of the class, and think that I will have a lot of fun using them.
