The way TEFL teaches how a classroom should be managed is something I agree with and how I imagine a good teacher would behave. I would like to know more about cultural differences on that matter as Japanese culture must be completely different from South American for example. I'm intrigued to learn about real life experiences and to see at first hand what it is like with older students versus young children. I've once taught a couple of hours as a biology teacher substitute and the teenagers were a handful. One of them lifted a table on top of his head just to see how I would respond. This course mentioned motivation and the reason behind why they're in the class and how that can affect the discipline and I certainly agree with that one. I would like to know more, if other countries also teach to teach languages this way or how their countries have formed the ideal way of teaching.
