Lesson planning, like mentioned in the unit, will take a lot of experience and knowledge from a teacher to become very good at it. Teachers will become better at learning what objectives to focus more on than others with each lesson. Choosing an effective lesson that is also fun and interesting to the students will be the challenge. Without students being engaged in the lesson plan, the new material they are trying to learn may not be as easy to understand. A good explanation and ESA lesson plan will go a long way into teaching the children new material. It is a good idea to make some lesson plans a little more complex, as to challenge the students outside their comfort zone to increase learning.
