While teaching , teachers can face some common problems , which they can solve and overcome after getting aquainted with such kind of situations. When the teacher meets the students for the first time , it is important to establish a rapport with them. When it is an existing group, students already know each other and it is much more easier both for teacher ans students . But for the new group it is important to establish a rapport , which can be done due to different productive games -like pass the ball game or questionnare after which both students and teacher share information about them and their interests. When teachers meet a group with different language levels - strongers and weakers, one of the suitable way to make them work productively is to give a pair work with a stronger and weaker ones. If there is a large class consists of 20 or more students teachers should explain everything simply as to be understood by everyone , othervise students will try to speak their native language explaining each other the rules of the game or some other activity given by the teacher . In order to make students use only English , teachers should answer them only in English and remind them to speak in English during the lesson .Each time
Teachers should start the lesson with a warmer game as to make them concentrate on English lesson and engage them preaparing for the next part of the lesson , which is alreday more informative . Following all these steps and tools , evey teacher can overcome problems and enjoy the lesson making it enjoyable for students too.
