I don’t bother rearranging seats for my students. I allow them to sit whoever they want and are comfortable to sit with. This lesson, I have learnt the impact of classroom management. This doesn’t only implies behavior that needs to be addressed but as a whole- for the good of the students and teachers. I have learnt as well when and to whom will you give your attention. My students don’t have the same level of knowledge and because I always focus on increasing the pace of the learning, to suit the more advanced students, I didn’t realize that the slow learners were left behind and won’t be able to cope up with the lesson which brings greater problems for them.
