I really enjoyed watching these two videos because it showed me how different formats work and do not work. Seeing things done incorrectly showed me how detrimental a dismissive or uncaring teacher can be with students who want to learn. I was physically cringing during some of the things said in the first video and I believe that will help me to be aware of the things I will say when I am teaching to my class.
