In this unit ,I watched 2 different kinds of ESA demo classes,and I learned a lot from the comparisons,the second one is absolutely a successful class ,I can see a good lesson plan goes in the whole class ,and students are involved in this class very well while less responses in the first class ,I can feel if I Were in that class I won't like it and I can't get everything I am supposed to learn .Teacher's attitude and rapport with students can influence students a lot ,besides ,good lesson plan is important as well.
