Undoubtedly,lesson planning is important for both experienced and inexperienced teachers.It evident that too much planning can make lesson rather rigid and cease the teacher being flexible to the students' needs as well as there is dander of creating a teacher centred lesson.
As time passes,we gain experience and definitely organise various kinds of lesson planning.The standard lesson plann format presented in this unit is very helpful for teachers who lack experience and they should bear in mind every little detail by making a full structure of their plans.However,a lot of experienced teachers do not actually need a guide plan but they usually write down brief notes and keep a record.
According to my point of view,lesson planning is necessary for everyone so that there is balance between phases-timing,teacher-students as well as the flexibility to deal with any problem may arise.
