My overview about unit 1 Teachers and Learners is telling us how to be a good teacher and the role of the teacher that we must understand because some roles explained as a teacher we have to help/encourage students but we have to resist the temptation to spoon feed. And this unit explained also about how to be a good learners. There are some factors that we have to consider from the learners ( age, culture, language level and motivation for learning). They explained also the differences between adult learner and young learner. It gives me view about how to teach adult and young learner. This unit telling about the language level and explained about each level. From this explanation I could understand about mostly conditions of the learner level from beginner until advanced. From this unit I could understand about how to build relationship with the learners.
