I learned what it takes to be a good teacher; a good teacher must be motivating, able to monitor and assess their students in an equal and fair manner, and able to stay organize to avoid chaos. Also, it is important that a teacher can gauge what level of fluency their students are at and to make lessons accordingly as to challenge them, but not to demotivate them. A good teacher will be able to spot out a good learner and to encourage these qualities in others. The teacher will encourage that no question is a wrong question and to make sure to engage everyone in the topic. A teacher must care about their teaching and also the students learning!
