Speaking in general terms, there are three types of Learning Styles: Visual, Auditory and Tactile or Kinesthetic. In Unit 4 I found that all of the suggested strategies and actions fell into one of the three learning style categories.
The visual learner learns best by seeing things: pictures, graphs, written words and flash cards. Visual learners tend to like graphic organizers, detailed note-taking and benefit from making lists. For the auditory learner, listening works best. They do well with lectures, sounds and music. They benefit greatly from recorded presentation, classroom discussions and oral presentations.

The tactile learner likes to jump right in and do it—or do something. They need to touch, interact with others and most importantly have physical movement.
