I have learnt much about methodology, theories and techniques thus enabling me to teach more efficiently and deal with student more appropriately when it comes to correction. I have also learnt how to implement each phase successfully with a broader understanding of how each compliments each other. In addition to this I have found that a feedback session is invaluable to better improve methodology.
